Wes did an amazing job repairing extreme erosion on our property by grading and excavating. He also laid sod which other companies do not do. His prices are great and we plan to use him to do additional work. We highly recommend him.

Trinity Land Solutions was hired to clear land along a property line for a new fence line. They did an excellent job of removing all the debris, old fallen trees, new trees coming up, and even working around trees we wanted to keep. They left the area prepared for the new fence install. Wes was super easy to talk to & really listened to job request to make sure he got the job done to specifications. Very knowledgeable & had great input on what options were availaible. I would definitely hire Trinity Land Solutions again for any land work needed. They did an excellent job for a competitive price.
Protect your property with precise grading before drainage issues and erosion get worse.

We shape your land for proper water flow, a stable base, and fewer costly problems later.
We start with a site visit to walk the property, check slopes, drainage patterns, low spots, and soil conditions, and learn your goals for the space. Then we outline a clear grading plan, equipment needs, and a realistic timeline so you know exactly what to expect before work begins.
Once scheduled, we shape and regrade the area using the right equipment to establish proper pitch, smooth transitions, and solid water runoff away from structures. We also address problem areas like pooling water, erosion-prone sections, and uneven terrain to create a stable base for landscaping or construction.
After rough and finish grading are complete, we fine-tune the surface, clean the work area, and check elevations to make sure the grade matches the plan. We finish with a walkthrough so you can review the results with us, ask questions, and feel confident the site is ready for the next phase.
At Trinity Land Solutions LLC, grading is one of the most important services we provide because it sets the foundation for everything that comes next. Good grading helps control water, create a stable surface, and prepare your land for construction, drainage work, driveways, lawns, and other outdoor improvements. If the slope is off, water can pool, soil can erode, and future projects can fail sooner than they should.
We handle grading for residential and light commercial properties with a focus on function, safety, and long-term performance. Our work may include rough grading to shape the land, finish grading for a smoother final surface, soil redistribution, slope correction, and site preparation for new projects. We also address low spots, washouts, uneven terrain, and drainage issues that can threaten foundations, yards, and access areas.
Every grading job starts with a close look at the property. We evaluate the existing elevation, surface flow, soil conditions, and the goals for the site. From there, we build a grading plan that supports proper runoff and practical land use. Whether you need a pad prepared for a building, a driveway area leveled, or a yard reworked to move water away from structures, we make sure the land is shaped for the job it needs to do.
Our grading service often works hand in hand with drainage improvement, erosion control, land clearing, and site cleanup. In many cases, grading is the step that ties the whole project together. It can improve usability, reduce standing water, protect your investment, and create a cleaner, more polished appearance across the property.
We know grading is not just about moving dirt. It takes the right equipment, a trained eye, and real field experience to get the elevations and slope right. That is why we focus on careful execution and clear communication from start to finish. When we are done, you should have a site that looks better, drains better, and is ready for the next phase.
If your property has drainage problems, uneven ground, or needs professional site grading before a new project begins, contact Trinity Land Solutions LLC. We are ready to help you create a solid, workable surface that performs the way it should.
Common questions homeowners and property owners ask us about grading, drainage, and site prep before getting started.
Grading is the process of shaping the ground so water drains the right way and the surface is ready for use. Proper grading helps prevent standing water, erosion, foundation trouble, and uneven areas. It also creates a cleaner base for landscaping, patios, driveways, and new construction.
Signs include water pooling after rain, soggy spots, erosion, low areas, uneven ground, or water moving toward your home or building. If your yard is hard to use or your project site is not level, grading may be the right fix. We can assess the surface and explain your options clearly.
Yes, in many cases grading is one of the best ways to correct drainage issues. By adjusting slopes and elevations, we can direct water away from structures and problem areas. At Trinity Land Solutions LLC, we focus on practical grading solutions that protect your property and improve how your land performs.
Grading can affect grass, soil, and some landscape areas, especially when the problem involves major low spots or slope corrections. We work carefully to limit disruption and keep the scope clear from the start. Before we begin, we explain what areas may be impacted so there are no surprises.
Most grading jobs can be finished in a day or a few days, depending on the size of the area, access to the site, soil conditions, and the amount of reshaping needed. We give straightforward timelines and keep you informed so you know what to expect before work starts.
We bring hands-on experience, the right equipment, and a practical approach to every grading job. Our goal is to solve the real issue, not just cover it up. If you need reliable grading for drainage, site prep, or uneven ground, contact us to schedule a quote and get honest guidance.
